Information we collect

When you contact sales or request a demo, we may collect your name, work email, phone number, institution, role, campus count, student count, preferred contact time and message. Technical records may also include the submitting IP address, browser user agent, submission time and source page for security, audit and enquiry management.

How we use it

We use submitted information to respond to your enquiry, prepare a product demonstration, understand requirements, provide product or implementation information, prevent form abuse and maintain a record of business communication.

Legal and business basis

Information is processed to respond to a request you initiate and for Websol's legitimate business interests in managing product enquiries, protecting the website and maintaining accurate communication records.

What not to submit

Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, confidential student records, employee records, health information or other sensitive institutional data through public website forms.

Storage, security and access

Enquiries may be stored in restricted server-side storage and delivered to authorized Websol personnel. Reasonable technical and organizational safeguards are used to restrict access, but no internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

Retention

Enquiry information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, manage the business relationship, meet legal or operational requirements and resolve disputes. Records that are no longer required should be securely deleted or anonymized according to Websol's applicable retention practices.

Sharing and service providers

Websol does not sell enquiry information. Information may be processed by approved hosting, email, security, analytics or business-system providers where required to operate the website and respond to enquiries. Such providers should receive only the access required for their service.

Cookies, CAPTCHA and analytics

The website uses a security session cookie on enquiry and demo forms to protect submissions. It also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to distinguish legitimate visitors from automated abuse; this may involve the processing of technical browser, network and challenge information by Cloudflare for security purposes. Advertising trackers are not required by this release. Any future analytics or consent technology should be disclosed and configured according to applicable requirements.

Your choices

You may ask Websol to correct or delete enquiry information where appropriate, subject to applicable legal, security and record-keeping obligations. You may also ask not to receive further sales communication.

Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated when website features, service providers or legal requirements change. The effective date shown above will be revised when material changes are published.
